Dr. Leslie Drapiza- Licensed OHA Facilitator

Dr. Leslie Drapiza- Licensed OHA Facilitator

Dr. Leslie Drapiza is a board-certified Family Medicine physician and licensed psilocybin facilitator. She pivoted her career to offer psychedelic assisted therapy after working in primary care and obstetrics in the local Salem community for over a decade. As a primary care physician, she witnessed her patients struggle with treatment resistant depression, anxiety and PTSD, that only worsened exponentially during the pandemic. She saw how the current medical system continued to fail as they sought care and tried multiple medications without relief. While searching for a better option for her patients, she discovered psychedelics and experienced how they helped to heal her own trauma and improve her mental health. Knowing that her patients deserved that same level of healing in a way that integrated mind, body and spirit, she opened her private practice, Medicinal Innovations in April 2023, offering Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy. In December 2023, she completed the Innertrek Psilocybin Facilitator Program. She is a board member of Inanna Rising, a collective of psychedelic clinicians and therapists dedicated to ushering in a new era of mental health and well-being. She is committed to expanding access to those who have barriers to care and have been disadvantaged by our broken medical system.

Jacob Robertson

Jacob Robertson

Jacob Robertson is an OHA licensed psilocybin facilitator with over ten years of experience working with psilocybin and plant-based healing modalities. He has dedicated his professional life to understanding the safe, intentional, and responsible use of plant medicines to support personal insight, emotional processing, and overall well-being.

Jacob has traveled extensively to learn from Indigenous communities and traditional practitioners around the world, gaining first hand exposure to diverse cultural approaches to plant medicine, ceremony, and healing. These experiences inform a facilitation style centered on preparation, presence, and respect for both the medicine and the individual experience of each client.

Within his professional community, Jacob is frequently selected by fellow facilitators and staff members when they participate in psilocybin services themselves—an acknowledgment of the trust, care, and professionalism he brings to his work. In sessions, he may incorporate traditional music and vocalization when appropriate, drawing from native medicine songs to help foster a calm, supportive environment.

Jacob is committed to ethical practice, client safety, and thoughtful facilitation in alignment with Oregon’s regulated psilocybin framework, offering grounded support throughout the preparation, administration, and integration process.
